Zahner & Associates provided Engineering and Survey services for construction plans for the replacement of private and shared sidewalks for 31 federal housing buildings consisting of 102 units. This included ADA design of stairs, railings, curb ramp and switchback ramp. The design included construction details, profiles, and sections. The project is expected to be completed by fall 2017. The ability to utilize Mobile LiDar to complete the survey provided extensive detail of the existing site. This information allows for a more accurate and thorough engineering design that can be provided to the client over other methods of data collection available.
